The construction company Copisa has won the civil works project for the Chirnogeni wind farm. These works, which will involve the installation of 32 wind turbines of 2.5 MW each. The award to Copisa includes the following work units: construction of 25 km of roads for access to the wind turbines, the excavation of 25 km of trenches and laying electric cables in them, and the foundations for the 24 wind turbine units. The whole assembly amounts to 8 million euro and is expected to be finished in a period of five months.
