Copisa has acquired 50% of INFESA (Ingeniería y Servicios Ferroviarios S.A.), a company specialised in railway facilities. The remaining 50% stays in the hands of the company CIVIS Infraestructuras S.L., the main shareholder of CRC Obras y Servicios S.L. INFESA is principally devoted to the construction, installation, reparation and preservation of all manner of railway equipment, tracks and facilities. It also conducts railway engineering studies and projects, plus all kinds of supplies and services relating to railway facilities. Grupo Copisa has been contributing to the development of infrastructures in Spain for almost 50 years now, operating in various fields such as civil works, construction, industry, real estate and concessions. CRC Obras y Servicios S.L., meanwhile, operates in Galicia, where it is leading the sector, in Catalonia and in central Spain, in the fields of construction and civil works.
