The Joint Venture formed by COPISA, RUBAU, FCC and OHL has been awarded the construction of Els Plans prison in Tàrrega. This project will be financed through a contract over a building right, a formula by which the concessionaire makes the necessary investment for the construction, exploitation and maintenance of the facility, receiving in return an annual fee from the Authorities.
